This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in East Peoria and Tazewell County, Illinois.

The East Peoria Housing Authority (EPHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The EPHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from January 17, 2023, until January 19, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants residing within corporate city limits limits of East Peoria at the time of application (6pts) 
• Applicants residing within Tazewell County but outside the Corporate City limits of East Peoria at the time of application (2pts)
• Applicants wo are elderly/disabled (1pt)
• Applicants who are Victims of Domestic Violence (1pt)
• Applicants who are homeless (1pt)

500 selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by the date and time the application was received.
